    Anne L. Corbett

    Anne’s consulting experience includes multi-faceted experience in urban planning, economic development and creative placemaking. Skilled in directing all aspects of public, private and nonprofit real estate development including masterplanning, architecture, engineering, feasibility analysis, budgeting and finance, complex entitlements and execution. Anne provides a unique perspective and skill set to connect the creative economy and real estate development.

    Anne founded and led CulturalDC, a non-profit organization to raise the regional awareness of the impact of arts development and the value of culture in community revitalization. In this role, Anne advised federal and local government, private developers, landlords and arts organizations, and launched numerous major exhibits, programs and events. Award-winning institutional development including board development, facility development, fundraising, capacity building.

    Jon Gann
    Creative Director

    Jon Gann is the Director of Programming for the Film Festival Alliance, the first non-profit organization formed to professionalize festival organizers. He is also the shorts programmer for both the SF Indie Fest and the Port Townsend Film Festival, and the founder of the DC Shorts Film Festival, one of the country’s premier short film showcases. He has also served as the Executive Director of CINE, a 58-year old organization that honors the best in film, TV and digital media with the prestigious CINE Golden Eagle Award.

    Jon has bridged the communication gap between competing film festivals, so all can share film information, sponsor strategies and filmmaker data. 

    Jon has presented at over 120 universities, film organizations and film festivals worldwide, and has spoken at the International Film Festival Summit, Art House Convergence, and TEDxWDC. He sits on the Advisory Board at George Mason University’s School of Film & Video Studies.
